- Time-limit after last menstrual period began
- Mandatory ultrasound
- Mandatory counseling
- Mandatory waiting period
- Mandatory parental consent (under 18 years old)

Analysis
It is no surprise that the states with the most laws restricting abortion tend to have more Republicans in their governments. However, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan are three notable exceptions. States with the least amount of laws restricting abortion tend to have more Democrats in their governments. However, Montana and South Dakota are also some exceptions to this trend.
