ALL states have allowed same-sex marriage since 2015. I’m not sure why you wrote that both Arizona and Niger do not allow same-sex marriage.
This is true, but Arizona laws still have language banning same sex marriage and its recognition. However, they are not enforced due to the Supreme Court decision.
Is this based on statute or does it include the state constitution? Oregon still has a same-sex marriage ban in its state constitution, but the state government is one of the most progressive governments in the world on LGBTQ+ matters and northwestern Oregon is arguably the best place to be LGBTQ+ in the world. They’re probably going to repeal it next year, but still.
